ANYHOO
I started to work on both Pirate Lemur's hub page/my author's page and the start of the Enemies with Benefits site in Dreamweaver last night (whatever enabled me to get it for free I thank you and sacrafice lives to you) and I figured I should put head shots next to the characters in the cast section. This is ignoring the fact that I only have pictures of two of the characters. Anyway, I went crawling though my sketches folder in my compy for a sutible picture to chop out Vincent and Alec's heads. This one, my friends, is the only one where Vincent doesn't have red eyes (thoughout most of EwB Vincent's eyes are grey), so I decided to colour it. This was FUN. Really. Actually, I'm not totally being sarcastic here. I tried something different with the colouring this time around. I used a brown for the shadows in Alec's hair and I outlined the eyes in black. I think it looks good. ^^ Oh, and the background's not coloured because I wanted to do a gradiant fade out and it won't cooperate. EDIT: Figured out how to do it. I'm a moron.
I decided that Vincent has his coat on one arm and not the other because he doesn't want icecream on his coat, Alec makes people look jaundiced, that is a lot of skin for Alec meaning he must really be comfortable around Vincent whenever this picture takes place, and that they're sharing a Mint-chocolate chunk and Vanilla ice cream cone (that's vanilla not some fleash flavour, damnit!) because I am obsessed with mixing vanilla and mint with those two and that my friends is one very impressive run-on sentence. *nodnod*
